Sage the BBQ & Press Grill SGR700 Contact Grill, Brushed Stainless Steel (SGR700BSS)

The contact grill offers one-touch presets for Panini, Burger and Steak, allowing straightforward cooking with pre-programmed shortcuts. It can open flat to function as a BBQ and griddle with a larger cooking surface, and includes a removable drip tray that collects fat in both BBQ and contact modes. Each ceramic plate has independent electronic temperature control, so different foods can be cooked at different temperatures simultaneously. Reversible ceramic grill and griddle plates provide non-stick cooking on both sides, deliver higher browning at elevated temperatures, and are free of PFOA and PTFE. Optional quick-release ceramic waffle plates are compatible for added versatility, featuring a no-mess moat to contain batter and are dishwasher safe. The ceramic plates are easy to clean by hand or dishwasher-safe when removed.

Advantages

One-touch presets simplify common cooking tasks and reduce guesswork. The open flat BBQ mode increases usable cooking area and makes it easier to prepare larger items like steaks and seafood. Independent plate temperature control enables simultaneous cooking of foods that require different heat levels. Reversible ceramic plates combine grill and griddle functions while remaining non-stick and free from PFOA and PTFE. Compatible waffle plates expand functionality without creating extra mess thanks to the moat design. Removable plates and a drip tray make cleaning straightforward.
