Account-level programme

‘Scale Your Business’ is DistriNode’s automatic account-level programme. The more your account spends on completed orders in a quarter (excl. VAT), the higher your discount in the next quarter.
What this programme does
The programme rewards real, ongoing customer growth. Your discount level is calculated from your spend on completed orders in the quarter, excl. VAT. Once your level is active, the discount is applied automatically whenever you are logged in to your account.
No manual activation
Your active account level is applied automatically.
Clear qualification rules
Only completed orders count, only amounts excl. VAT and only within the relevant calendar quarter.
Same rules for everyone
The structure applies to both business and personal accounts.

You build up your level in one quarter and benefit from it in the next.
How it works
- Your account level is based on completed orders only.
- Amounts are always counted excluding VAT.
- Your spend is measured per calendar quarter.
- The completed quarter determines your discount level for the next quarter.
- Your level stays active for the whole of the next quarter.
- At the start of each new quarter, qualification starts again from zero.

What counts
Completed orders, amounts excl. VAT and the relevant calendar quarter are taken into account. The number of orders, the account type, the number of products and your reward points balance have no effect on your level.
Returns and protection
A completed order normally counts. If a product is faulty or we make a mistake, you should not unfairly lose the spend you have built up. If you return something at your own request, that amount may be excluded from qualification.
Examples
If you spend €6,200 excl. VAT on completed orders in Q1, your account reaches Silver level in Q2 and your active discount is 1%. If you spend €28,000 excl. VAT in Q2, your level in Q3 becomes Platinum with a 3% discount.
