Delivery Information

Delivery for customers in Malta

Delivery information

DistriNode.mt delivers eligible orders through courier and supplier networks. This page explains how an order progresses, from payment confirmation and supplier allocation to dispatch, tracking and delivery, so you know what to expect before and after checkout.

Tailored to Malta

We deliver to supported home and business addresses and other suitable delivery locations in Malta, subject to courier coverage, product eligibility and supplier availability.

Stock from multiple suppliers

An order may be fulfilled through one or more local or international distributor channels. This allows us to offer a wider range, but it can affect dispatch times and how items are divided across several parcels.

Clear order updates

Once tracking is available, you can see updates in your account, by email or in the DistriNode order tracking system.

Payment and stock checks

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed and stock has been checked with the supplier. Stock levels can change quickly, so a final check takes place before fulfilment begins.

How delivery works

Stage What happens What you need to know
StageOrder placed What happensThe products, quantities, delivery address and customer details entered at checkout are recorded in our system. ImportantPlease check your address, phone number and email address carefully. Incorrect details can delay dispatch or delivery.
StagePayment confirmed What happensThe payment status is checked before supplier processing begins. This can take longer for bank transfers or where an additional check is required. ImportantThe delivery time usually starts only once payment has been confirmed, not when the order is placed.
StageSupplier allocation What happensDistriNode checks supplier availability, product eligibility, the price, the warehouse location and whether the product is ready for dispatch. ImportantProducts from different suppliers may have different lead times and may be shipped separately where practical.
StageDispatch What happensThe parcel is handed over to the courier or released for delivery through the supplier's channel. ImportantTracking may only update once the courier has scanned the parcel into its own network.
StageDelivery What happensThe courier attempts to deliver the parcel to the address provided during its normal delivery round. ImportantMake sure someone authorised to accept the parcel is available. A signature, ID or proof of delivery may be required.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

Delivery times depend on product availability, supplier processing, payment confirmation, warehouse location, courier capacity, the delivery area and any special handling requirements. Delivery times shown on product pages or at checkout are estimates unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Courier coverage matters

Remote areas, hard-to-reach locations, industrial estates or non-standard delivery addresses may take longer or require an alternative arrangement. If a courier cannot deliver to the address provided, DistriNode may contact you.

Delivery costs and surcharges

Shown before payment

Any delivery charges are calculated or shown before you complete your order, based on the products, the address and the available delivery methods.

Special handling

Heavy, bulky or fragile items, and items shipped directly by the supplier, may require special handling by the courier and may incur additional delivery charges where these are shown or confirmed.

Address changes

Changing the delivery address after you have placed your order is not always possible once supplier processing or handover to the courier has started.

Stock, split shipments and supplier lead times

DistriNode brings together a broad catalogue from multiple suppliers. Some orders contain products from different warehouses or supplier channels. Where this happens, an order may be split or partly delayed, or adjusted if the supplier's stock changes before fulfilment is complete. Items are only substituted with your consent.

  • Even a paid order remains subject to the supplier's final availability check.
  • If an item is no longer available, DistriNode may offer a refund, an alternative or a revised delivery time.
  • International or supplier-specific items may take longer to arrive than items from local stock.
  • Always read delivery times together with the information on the product page, at checkout, in the terms and conditions and on the returns pages.

Receiving your parcel

Before dispatch

When ordering, check that the delivery address, contact person, phone number and email address are correct.

On arrival

Where possible, check for visible damage, signs of tampering or missing packages before accepting the delivery. Report any issues as soon as possible, with photos.

After delivery

Keep the packaging, invoices, shipping documents and photos in case a return, warranty claim or delivery investigation is needed.

Track updates as they become available

You can follow your order's progress in your account or via the order tracking system if a secure tracking link, order ID or secret key is available.

Delivery issues and returns

If a parcel is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, or a product appears to be faulty, please follow the procedure on our 14-day returns and refunds page so that we can assess your report properly.

Common delivery questions

Can my order be delivered faster?

Whether express or priority handling is possible depends on product availability, supplier readiness, delivery options and the delivery address. Need your order urgently? Please contact DistriNode before placing your order.

Why has only part of my order arrived?

Some orders are fulfilled from several suppliers or warehouses. With a partial delivery, the remaining items may follow separately or be updated in your order.

What happens if no one is available?

Rules for delivery attempts vary by courier and area. A missed delivery can lead to delays or extra charges if the parcel has to be redirected, stored or redelivered.

Can I use a business address?

Yes, provided the courier can reach the location during business hours and an authorised person is there to accept the parcel.
