How to use

Insert A4 documents into the open side of the folder and align them with the thumb cut to simplify removal. Store the folders flat or upright in a filing system to avoid bending. For best readability, avoid placing printed material with wet ink directly against the inner surface until fully dry. Clean the outside with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or light marks.

Recommendations

For long-term storage of important documents, combine these folders with labelled archival boxes and keep them in a dry, temperature-stable environment. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight for prolonged periods to reduce colour change or PVC ageing.
