Advantages

The stainless steel blade provides reliable corrosion resistance and edge retention for routine kitchen tasks. The 11 cm length balances control and reach, allowing neat slices without excessive pressure. An ergonomically formed handle reduces hand fatigue during repetitive cutting, and the knife’s compact size improves maneuverability for delicate jobs. Its simple design makes it easy to clean and store alongside other kitchen tools.

Suitable for

• Slicing tomatoes and other soft fruits
• Cutting small vegetables such as cucumbers and peppers
• Preparing garnishes and sandwich toppings
• Precision tasks like trimming and segmenting

Key specifications

• Blade length: 11 cm
• Blade material: stainless steel
• Handle: ergonomic, lightweight design
• Product family: Functional Form series
• Intended use: kitchen knife for soft produce and precision slicing

How to use

Hold the handle with a comfortable grip and position the tip of the blade where you want to start the cut. Use a smooth, even slicing motion through the fruit or vegetable; avoid pressing down too hard to preserve shape and texture. For tomatoes, a gentle sawing motion helps cut through skin cleanly. After use, rinse the blade and handle under warm water and dry thoroughly before storage.

Recommendations

To maintain cutting performance, hand-wash the knife and dry it immediately. Avoid cutting on very hard surfaces such as ceramic or glass; use a wooden or plastic cutting board to protect the blade. Regular honing will help keep the edge aligned; professional sharpening can be done when needed to restore the blade.
