Floor Standing Server Cabinets (518)

Floor-standing server cabinets are designed for larger IT infrastructure: servers, switches, UPS, patch panels, cable management and storage devices. They are used in server rooms, data centres, corporate IT rooms and projects that need more space, load capacity and professional maintenance.

When a floor-standing rack makes sense

A floor-standing rack is the right fit when you are housing more equipment and need greater depth, better cable routing and access from front and rear. It centralises the infrastructure and makes future expansion easier to plan.

• U height determines how many servers and network devices can be mounted.
• Depth and load capacity matter for heavy servers and UPS systems.
• Ventilation supports stable operating temperatures.
• Cable management simplifies maintenance and reduces sources of error.

Key criteria

Compare door type, side panels, castors or levelling feet, earthing, PDU mounting, fan positions, rail compatibility and access protection. In a server room, enough space must be left for airflow and cables.
