HP VR Backpack G2 Harness 7CZ31AA Adjustable Lightweight Design for VR Backpack System

The HP VR Backpack G2 Harness (adjustable lightweight design for VR backpack system) is a wearable carrying solution created for the HP VR Backpack G2. It features an adjustable strap system and lightweight construction intended to distribute the backpack's weight across the shoulders and hips, reducing strain during extended VR sessions. The harness is intended to integrate with the backpack frame and maintain mobility and stability for users in mobile virtual reality environments.

Advantages

The harness design balances load distribution between shoulders and hips to improve comfort during prolonged use without adding significant bulk. Adjustable straps and fastenings enable a customized fit for different body sizes, while breathable materials help manage heat buildup during active demonstrations. The lightweight construction aims to preserve the portability of the VR backpack system and support quick setup and removal.

Suitable for

• Mobile VR experiences and location-based entertainment operations
• Trade shows, exhibitions and public demonstrations requiring quick movement
• Professional training sessions and simulation environments where extended wear is expected
• Event rentals and installations that require durable, adjustable carrying solutions

Key specifications

• Adjustable strap system for shoulder and hip support
• Lightweight construction to minimize additional load
• Breathable padding at contact points for improved comfort
• Quick-release buckles and secure fastenings for fast fitting and removal
• Compatibility with the HP VR Backpack G2 frame and mounting points

How to use

Align the harness with the backpack frame and attach the designated mounting points according to the backpack's integration guides. Adjust shoulder straps and hip belt until the backpack sits centered and weight is transferred to the hips rather than only the shoulders. Use the quick-release buckles to secure the harness and verify all straps are snug but not overly tight. Periodically check fastenings and padding condition before and during extended use to maintain a stable fit.

Recommendations

For prolonged VR sessions, tighten the hip belt to transfer most of the load to the hips and use the adjustable shoulder straps for stabilization. Inspect straps and buckles regularly for wear, and follow HP service guidelines for cleaning and maintenance to ensure long-term reliability.
