KWB 665307 Manual Screwdriver Set

The KWB 665307 Manual Screwdriver Set is a 7-piece VDE insulated screwdriver set designed for safe electrical work and general fastening tasks. Each tool is manufactured from CrV (chromium-vanadium) steel with chemically blacked precision tips and fully insulated blades. Handles feature a three-component grip for secure, non-slip power transfer and a colour-coded system for quick identification of blade shape.

Advantages

The set is VDE certified for use on live electrical installations up to the specified voltage, combining fully insulated blades with hardened CrV steel for durability. Three-component ergonomic handles improve torque transfer and reduce slippage during use. Colour coding across handles allows rapid selection of the correct blade shape, while precision tips ensure accurate engagement with screw heads.

How to use

Select the screwdriver with the matching blade shape and size for the screw head using the handle colour code. Before working on electrical circuits, verify that the circuit is de-energised when possible and follow safety procedures. Grip the handle firmly and apply steady torque while keeping the blade aligned with the screw to avoid cam-out. Use insulated screwdrivers when live testing or working near energized parts within the specified voltage rating.

Recommendations

Store the screwdrivers dry and inspect the insulation and tips before each use; do not use if insulation is damaged. Use each screwdriver only for its intended screw type and avoid using insulated screwdrivers as pry bars or chisels to maintain safety and tool life.
