Wiha 27058 ruler 2000 mm

The Wiha 27058 ruler is a 2000 mm measuring tool constructed from durable fiberglass and polyamide. At 15 mm wide and weighing 140 g, it combines long reach with lightweight handling. The scale is marked in centimetres and millimetres for precise linear measurement, and the design resists wear and dirt for extended service life. The joint uses a spring pin for constant tension, providing a play-free, wear-free connection and a handy 90° latching feature for secure positioning of all joints.

Advantages

The fiberglass and polyamide construction offers high durability while keeping the ruler light. Precise cm and mm graduations enable accurate measurements. The spring-pin joint maintains constant tension to prevent play and wear, and the 90° latching mechanism allows quick, repeatable positioning. The dirt-resistant surfaces support reliable measurements in workshop and field conditions.

How to use

Place the ruler along the edge or surface to be measured and align the zero mark with the starting point. Read measurements from the centimetre and millimetre graduations. Use the 90° latching to lock joints at right angles when measuring or marking corners. Handle the ruler by its body to avoid obscuring the scale; clean off heavy dirt before use to ensure clear reading.

Recommendations

The ruler is suitable for regular workshop and on-site use; store it flat or hung to avoid bending. Avoid exposing the ruler to extreme heat or chemical solvents to preserve the polyamide and fiberglass surfaces and maintain accurate joint tension.
