2-way speaker Omnitronic 80710522 30 W

The Omnitronic 80710522 is a 2-way wired loudspeaker with a rated RMS power of 30 W, a frequency response of 100–20000 Hz and a sensitivity of 89 dB. Housed in a black ABS plastic enclosure with a metal safety guard and a pivotable mounting bracket, the compact design is suitable for a range of small- to medium-scale sound reinforcement tasks and installations.

Advantages

The speaker combines a two-way design and a multistep potentiometer for volume control, offering clear reproduction across the specified frequency range. Its ABS cabinet and metal guard provide mechanical protection while the trapezoid-shaped housing simplifies corner mounting. Wired connectivity and a modest 2.5 kg weight make it easy to install and integrate into fixed audio systems.

How to use

Mount the speaker using the supplied pivotable bracket on a wall or in a corner, aligning the trapezoid enclosure for best fit. Connect the loudspeaker to a suitable amplifier or mixer using the wired audio terminals, observe correct polarity and set the multistep potentiometer to the desired level. Position and angle the cabinet to optimize coverage for the listening area.

Recommendations

Use an amplifier matched to the speaker's 30 W RMS rating and maintain reasonable gain settings to avoid distortion. For longer-term installations, ensure the mounting surface and bracket are rated for the speaker weight and check all fastenings periodically.
