Acer KT.00101.002 Battery

The Acer KT.00101.002 battery is a rechargeable replacement battery designed for compatible Acer laptops. It delivers extended runtime compared to worn or original cells that have lost capacity, allowing continued mobile use for work, study and entertainment. The battery is engineered to match the physical and electrical requirements of the designated Acer notebook models and installs in place of the original pack to restore portable operation.

Advantages

This battery offers increased runtime and consistent power delivery for typical laptop tasks. Its construction focuses on durability and stable output under normal operating conditions, reducing unexpected shutdowns and helping maintain performance during prolonged use away from mains power. The pack is designed for straightforward installation and replacement, so users can quickly swap depleted batteries with minimal tools or technical knowledge.

Suitable for

• Replacing an old or degraded laptop battery to restore runtime
• Mobile work where mains access is limited—office, travel, or fieldwork
• Students and remote learners who require longer study sessions on battery
• Media playback and light multimedia use while away from power outlets

Key specifications

• Compatibility: specifically designed for compatible Acer laptop models
• Type: rechargeable lithium-based laptop battery pack
• Form factor: removable replaceable pack matching original battery dimensions
• Performance: provides extended runtime relative to aged or depleted cells
• Installation: external installable pack, no internal disassembly required for compatible models

How to use

Before installation, power off the laptop and disconnect any external power source. Remove the existing battery following the laptop manufacturer's instructions and align the replacement pack with the battery bay contacts. Insert the battery until it clicks or seats securely, then reconnect mains power and charge fully before first use to calibrate the pack. After installation, monitor charge and discharge behavior during normal use to confirm correct operation.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the battery, avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, perform regular charging cycles rather than leaving the pack fully discharged for long periods, and store the battery at a partial charge if not used for extended durations. Use the battery in laptops for which it is specified and follow safety instructions from the laptop manufacturer.
