ACT Modular Flat Cable 4 Conductor White

Modular flatcable in white color, 4-conductor version on a 100 meter drum. Each conductor is a 7x0.16 mm stranded (Litze) AWG26 wire, providing flexible and compact cabling for modular telephone, network or low-voltage signal installations. The flat design simplifies routing under floors, behind skirting boards or inside conduits while the white insulation offers a discreet appearance.

Advantages

The flat construction allows neat installation in confined spaces and easy bending without kinking. Stranded 7x0.16 mm conductors (AWG26) give improved flexibility compared with solid cores and better resistance to repeated movement. Delivered on a 100 m drum for long runs and reduced joints; the white outer sheath provides a neutral look that blends with most interiors.

Suitable for

• Telephone and modular communication wiring
• Low-voltage signal and control circuits
• Routing behind skirting boards, under carpets or in conduit

Key specifications

• Brand: ACT
• Model / MPN: TD604W
• EAN: 8716065132021
• Conductors: 4 (also available in 6 or 8 wires in the product family)
• Conductor construction: 7x0.16 mm stranded (Litze)
• Wire gauge: AWG26
• Colour: White
• Length: 100 m (drum)

How to use

Cut the required length from the 100 m drum and strip the outer sheath carefully to expose the individual conductors. Terminate conductors using compatible modular plugs, terminal blocks or punch-down connections according to the system requirements. Ensure secure strain relief and maintain bend radii appropriate for AWG26 stranded conductors to avoid damage. Follow applicable wiring standards and local regulations for signal or telephone installations.

Recommendations

Use this AWG26 4-conductor flat cable for indoor installations and protected environments. Avoid permanent exposure to moisture, direct sunlight or high mechanical stress. For installations requiring higher current capacity or outdoor use, select an appropriately rated cable.
