The Alphacool Eiszapfen 90° compression fitting for 16mm HardTube is a high-end brass fitting with a chrome finish designed for liquid cooling systems. One side has a 1/4" thread compatible with most components, while the other side accepts a 16mm acrylic or brass tube. How to use

Slide the tubing into the compression fitting until it seats against the internal stop, then tighten the union nut to compress the O‑ring and form a secure seal. Use the threaded 1/4" side to connect to compatible ports on radiators, pumps or reservoirs. Rotate the threaded side as needed during installation to achieve the desired alignment before final tightening. Ensure components are hand‑tightened and checked for leaks before applying full system pressure.

Recommendations

Inspect the O‑ring and tubing end for debris or damage before assembly. Do not overtighten metal fittings; snug hand tightening with a slight additional turn using a suitable tool is sufficient.
