Alphacool DC-LT 3600 Pump

The Alphacool DC-LT 3600 is a compact, lightweight pump engineered for liquid cooling systems in custom PC builds and small water-cooling loops. Weighing approximately 62 g, it delivers a high flow rate of up to 3600 L/h while maintaining low acoustic output. The pump's compact form factor and durable construction allow integration into tight spaces and continuous operation in high-performance setups.

Advantages

The pump combines high flow capacity with a small footprint, enabling effective coolant circulation in confined assemblies. Low noise performance reduces audible distraction in desktop environments. Durable materials and careful assembly contribute to reliable long-term operation and stable performance under varying loads.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid-cooling loops for gaming or workstation machines
• Compact or mini-ITX builds where space is limited
• Replacement or upgrade in existing small-format water-cooling systems
• Bench test rigs and prototype cooling setups

Key specifications

• Flow rate: up to 3600 L/h
• Weight: approximately 62 g
• Design: compact, lightweight pump housing suitable for constrained installation spaces
• Acoustic characteristic: low-noise operation suited for desktop environments
• Application: designed for closed-loop liquid cooling in PCs and similar systems

How to use

Install the pump according to the cooling loop layout, ensuring correct inlet and outlet orientation and secure fittings to prevent leaks. Mount the unit on a stable surface or bracket that minimises vibration transfer. Connect the pump to the power source matching the system's control or power headers, and fill the loop with a compatible coolant, purging air pockets before operation. Start the pump at low speed for initial testing and check for leaks, then adjust operating parameters as needed to reach the desired coolant flow and system temperatures.

Recommendations

Use coolant fluids recommended for PC liquid cooling and avoid corrosive or conductive liquids. Regularly inspect fittings and tubing for wear or leaks, and perform periodic maintenance including coolant replacement and system flushing to maintain optimal performance and longevity.
