Soundcore Q20i Headset

The Headset Soundcore Q20i offers hybrid active noise cancelling and versatile wired/Bluetooth connectivity. It combines up to 90% noise reduction using two internal and two external microphones with oversized 40 mm dynamic drivers and BassUp technology for detailed audio and pronounced bass. The model supports Hi-Res audio via the AUX cable, features a comfortable head-band wearing style, USB‑C charging, and comes in black.

Advantages

Hybrid ANC uses two internal and two external mics to detect and reduce ambient noise such as aircraft and car engines. The 40 mm dynamic drivers with BassUp deliver clear detail and strong low-frequency response. Battery life reaches up to 40 hours with ANC on and 60 hours in normal mode, with a 5-minute fast charge providing about 4 hours of extra playback. Bluetooth 5.0 allows dual-device connection and instant switching, while the Soundcore app provides a customizable EQ with 22 presets and three listening modes (ANC, Normal, Transparency).

Suitable for

• Commuting and air travel where noise reduction is needed
• Listening to music with emphasis on bass and clarity
• Taking calls and switching between laptop and phone

How to use

Charge the headset using the included USB‑C cable before first use. For wireless listening, pair via Bluetooth 5.0 with your device; the headphones can be connected to two devices simultaneously and will switch audio to the active device. For wired Hi-Res playback, connect an AUX cable to use the Hi-Res certified audio capability. Use the onboard controls or the Soundcore app to switch between ANC, Normal, and Transparency modes, and to adjust EQ settings or select presets.

Recommendations

Use ANC mode in noisy environments such as airplanes or busy streets. Switch to Transparency mode when you need to hear announcements or stay aware of surroundings. Charge regularly and use fast charge for short trips to ensure sufficient playback time.
