Aqua Computer ULTITUBE Reservoir Replacement O-Ring, Model 34122

Replacement O-ring for ULTITUBE Reservoir by Aqua-Computer is a sealing gasket designed to restore leak-free operation of the ULTITUBE coolant expansion/reservoir unit. Intended as a spare part for routine maintenance or when the original seal shows wear or damage, this O-ring ensures a secure, tight connection between the reservoir components and helps maintain proper coolant containment and system pressure.

Advantages

The O-ring provides a precise fit for the ULTITUBE reservoir geometry, offering reliable sealing performance and resistance to typical coolant fluids used in PC liquid cooling systems. Compact and simple to install, the replacement gasket reduces the risk of leaks and helps prolong the service life of the reservoir assembly. Using a dedicated, compatible O-ring avoids gaps or deformation that can occur with non‑matching seals.

Suitable for

• Maintenance and part replacement of the ULTITUBE coolant expansion/reservoir unit
• Repairing minor leaks or preventing potential seal failure in liquid cooling loops
• Regular preventive service to maintain coolant containment and pressure stability

Key specifications

• Component type: replacement sealing O-ring for reservoir assemblies
• Material compatibility: designed for use with common PC coolant fluids
• Function: restores and maintains a leak‑tight connection between reservoir parts
• Form factor: circular gasket sized to match the ULTITUBE reservoir sealing groove

How to use

To replace the O-ring, drain and power down the cooling loop following safety guidelines, then disassemble the ULTITUBE reservoir until the worn seal is accessible. Remove the old O-ring, clean the sealing surfaces to remove residue and deposits, and inspect the groove for damage. Fit the new O-ring into the groove making sure it sits evenly without twists. Reassemble the reservoir, refill the cooling loop, and perform a pressure or leak test before returning the system to regular operation.

Recommendations

Inspect the replacement O-ring during regular maintenance intervals and replace it if you observe hardening, cracking, flattening or any signs of chemical degradation. Use compatible coolants and avoid excessive mechanical stress during installation. If uncertain about disassembly or leak testing, consult the reservoir manual or seek assistance from a qualified technician.
