Gardena Aquasensor 19500 Clear/Dirty Water Submersible Pump – 860 W (09049-20)

The GARDENA Aquasensor 19500 is an innovative 2-in-1 submersible pump for pumping clear and dirty water. With an 860 W motor, a maximum flow rate of 19,500 l/h and a maximum delivery height of 10 m (1.0 bar), the pump is suitable for tasks such as emptying ponds, dewatering construction pits and removing flood water from basements. The device includes an LED Aquasensor system for contactless water level detection, adjustable switch-on/off heights, dry-run and blockage protection, and a timer function. The pump has a flat-suction clear water mode down to 1 mm and a dirty-water mode that handles particles up to 35 mm. Easy-click hose connections accept 32 mm (1¼"), 38 mm (1½") and 50 mm (2") hoses; an optional G1½" threaded connection is also available. The housing combines black, green and stainless-steel elements and the unit is IPX8 rated for submersion.

Advantages

The Aquasensor 19500 combines clear-water and dirty-water pumping in one unit, allowing quick mode switching without manual disassembly. Its high pumping capacity and 860 W motor deliver efficient water removal, while the flat-suction feature enables near-dry suction of clean water to 1 mm. The LED Aquasensor provides precise, contactless level control with intuitive touch operation, and built-in protections prevent dry running and blockages. The durable ceramic shaft with triple sealing and robust construction ensure long service life, and the easy-click connection system supports multiple hose sizes for flexible installation.

Suitable for

• Emptying garden ponds and water features
• Draining construction pits and waterlogged trenches
• Removing flood water from cellars and basements
• General wastewater pumping where debris up to 35 mm is present

Use the LED Aquasensor to set the desired switch-on and switch-off heights by touching the sensor controls; the LEDs indicate the current water level and settings. Start the pump via its power switch. After use, disconnect power, remove the pump from the water, rinse off residues if necessary and store the unit in a dry place.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, avoid pumping liquids hotter than 35 °C and do not exceed the specified maximum particle size in dirty-water mode. Register the pump online to activate the manufacturer's 5-year warranty and follow local regulations for wastewater disposal.
