Auto & Track Amewi 22498

The Amewi 22498 is a remote-controlled car and track set designed for hobbyists and casual users who want a compact, ready-to-run racing experience. The set includes a small electric model car in green and black with a lightweight chassis and a rechargeable Nickel‑Metal Hydride (NiMH) battery pack rated at 300 mAh. The design focuses on ease of use, enabling quick setup and straightforward operation for indoor or outdoor play on the included track sections.

Advantages

The set uses NiMH battery technology, providing a balance between runtime and rechargeability for repeated play sessions. Its lightweight construction (approximately 0.578 kg total) makes the car agile and suitable for tight turns on compact track layouts. The included remote control is engineered for simple steering and throttle control, allowing smooth maneuvering without complex setup. The green and black finish offers clear visual contrast that helps track the car during races.

Suitable for

• Indoor circuit racing and compact track layouts
• Outdoor flat surfaces such as driveways and patios
• Beginners and younger hobbyists learning remote-control handling
• Casual play sessions and small competitive races

Key specifications

• Vehicle type: remote-controlled car with track set
• Battery technology: Nickel‑Metal Hydride (NiMH)
• Battery capacity: 300 mAh
• Approximate weight: 0.578 kg (set)
• Colour: green and black

How to use

Charge the NiMH battery according to the charger instructions before first use. Assemble the track sections on a flat surface and place the car on the track. Switch on the car and the remote, then pair if required by the manufacturer’s quick-pair procedure. Use the remote control to steer and adjust speed; practice gentle throttle inputs to maintain control and avoid flips. After use, power off both car and transmitter and recharge the battery as needed.

Recommendations

For best performance, operate the car on smooth, flat surfaces and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or rough terrain. Allow the NiMH battery to fully charge before extended play, and store the battery partially charged for long-term storage. Supervise younger users and follow basic safety precautions to prevent collisions with fragile objects.
