Avery 2575 Matt Printer Paper

Avery 2575 Matte Printing Paper is a 80 g/m² white matte paper supplied in packs of 500 sheets designed for everyday and professional printing tasks. The matte finish reduces surface glare and produces clear, legible text and graphics on inkjet and laser printers. This paper is suitable for documents, reports, presentations, flyers and internal communications where a refined, non-reflective appearance is preferred.

Advantages

The matte surface offers minimal glare for improved readability and a professional appearance. At 80 g/m² the sheet weight balances opacity and flexibility, reducing show-through while remaining compatible with a wide range of office printers and copiers. The uniform cut and consistent thickness ensure reliable paper handling and fewer jams or misfeeds during high-volume printing. The neutral white tone reproduces colors accurately without excessive saturation, supporting clear charts, logos and black-and-white text.

Suitable for

• Office documents and corporate reports
• Client presentations and handouts
• Internal memos, meeting materials and agendas
• Flyers, product information sheets and price lists
• Everyday printing where low glare and good legibility are required

How to use

Load the printer tray according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the paper orientation matches the feed direction. For best results, allow freshly printed sheets to dry briefly before stacking to avoid smudging when using heavily applied ink. Use the appropriate print settings for plain or matte paper in your printer driver to optimize print density and drying time. When printing large jobs, feed smaller batches to reduce the risk of jams and maintain consistent print quality.

Recommendations

Store unopened packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity to preserve paper flatness and print performance. For archival or long-term storage of printed materials, consider using acid-free storage or laminating critical documents. Test a single sheet when switching printers or changing print settings to verify color output and alignment.
