Avery 3653 Self-Adhesive Label Rectangle Permanent White 1400 pcs

Avery 3653 self-adhesive label Rectangle Permanent White 1400 pcs are rectangular white labels supplied in a large pack of 1400. Each label has a permanent adhesive intended to remain fixed on a variety of surfaces. The material is chlorine-free, reducing chlorine-related environmental impact while providing a smooth surface suitable for printing or handwriting. These labels are designed for everyday organizational and identification tasks in offices, warehouses, retail and home environments.

Advantages

These rectangular permanent white labels offer consistent adhesion and a clean printable surface that works with common laser and inkjet printers as well as with handwriting using pens and markers. The permanent adhesive provides long-term attachment on paper, cardboard, plastic and many other non-porous and semi-porous surfaces. Being chlorine-free reduces chemical residues associated with some label papers, which can be preferable for environmentally conscious users and for applications where minimal chemical treatment is desired.

How to use

Remove labels from the backing sheet and apply to a clean, dry surface, pressing firmly from the center outward to ensure full contact. For best printing results, feed sheets or label formats according to your printer manufacturer's instructions and select the appropriate media settings for white label paper. When handwriting, allow ink to dry briefly to avoid smudging. Avoid applying to dusty or damp surfaces to maintain adhesion over time.

Recommendations

Store unopened packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Test a small number of labels on the intended surface if adhesion under specific conditions (e.g., low temperature, textured plastics) is a concern. For long-term outdoor exposure consider alternative materials designed for weather resistance.
