Avery C2549-20P Photo Paper Glossy

AVERY Photo Paper C2549-20P High-gloss is a single-sided, high-gloss inkjet photo paper engineered for crisp images and vivid color reproduction. With a media weight of 200 g/m² and a bright white base, this paper produces sharp details and strong contrast for photographic prints, proofs, and presentation images. The smooth high-gloss surface enhances color saturation and gloss, delivering a professional-looking finish suitable for portfolios, photo projects, and display prints.

Advantages

The high-gloss coating optimizes ink absorption to reduce drying time and minimize ink bleed, resulting in clear lines and accurate color gradients. At 200 g/m² the paper provides a substantial feel and stable handling in most consumer and professional inkjet printers. Single-sided construction ensures consistent performance for front-facing prints, while the bright white substrate improves color vibrancy and tonal range. The product is compatible with standard photo inkjet printing workflows and yields prints with enhanced sharpness and glossy appearance.

How to use

Load the paper into the printer tray according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions, glossy side up if specified. Select the appropriate media type or photo paper setting in your printer driver to match a high-gloss, 200 g/m² stock for optimal ink application and color management. Allow printed sheets to dry fully on a flat surface before stacking or framing to avoid impressions or smudging. For best results, use inkjet pigment or dye inks recommended by your printer manufacturer.

Recommendations

Store unused paper flat in its original packaging at moderate temperature and humidity to preserve surface quality. Avoid touching the glossy side with bare fingers to prevent fingerprints. Test-print a small image to confirm color and layout settings before producing final prints.
