Bachmann 918.025 black metal mounting kit durable installation

The Bachmann 918.025 Black Metal Durable Installation mounting kit is a compact, metal mounting solution intended for secure and stable installation of small home-appliance accessories and related components. Constructed from corrosion-resistant black metal, the kit is designed to provide long-term mechanical strength and stability in a range of indoor mounting scenarios. The neutral finish and compact form make it suitable for both visible and concealed installations where a discrete, reliable mounting solution is needed.

Advantages

The mounting kit offers durable metal construction that resists wear and deformation under load. Its black coating provides a discreet, non-reflective appearance and additional surface protection. Components are designed for easy alignment and stable fixation, reducing the need for frequent adjustments. The kit’s compatibility with common mounting configurations helps streamline installation tasks and reduces the number of specialized tools required.

Suitable for

• Mounting small kitchen and household appliance accessories
• Securing electrical or multimedia modules in cabinets or under counters
• Wall or panel installations where a compact, durable bracket is needed
• Repair or retrofit projects requiring metal mounting support

Key specifications

• Material: durable metal with protective black finish
• Color: black (matte or low-gloss)
• Intended use: indoor mounting and fixation of small devices and accessories
• Mechanical properties: corrosion-resistant coating, designed for stable load-bearing
• Installation: fixed-mount kit for screw or bolt fastening

How to use

Select a suitable mounting location with sufficient structural support and mark fixing points according to the dimensions of the device to be mounted. Prepare the surface and, if necessary, drill pilot holes for screws or bolts compatible with the mounting kit. Align the metal parts and secure them with appropriate fasteners, ensuring even torque to avoid deformation. After installation, check stability and make small adjustments to the fasteners if required to achieve a rigid, vibration-free attachment.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant screws or bolts of appropriate length for the installation surface, and avoid overtightening to preserve the protective finish. For installations in humid indoor environments, verify that surrounding materials and fasteners are compatible with the metal finish to prevent galvanic corrosion.
