Suitable for

• Powering servers and network switches in 19-inch racks
• Distribution of power to IT equipment in small data closets
• Mounting in vertical rack spaces where 0U footprint is required
• Replacing or extending outlet availability for edge computing cabinets

Key specifications

• Number of AC outlets: 18 (C13 couplers)
• Input voltage: 400 V
• Maximum input current: 16 A
• Cable length: 3 m
• Mounting: Vertical, 0U rack installation

How to use

Mount the PDU vertically inside the rack or cabinet according to rack manufacturer guidelines, ensuring secure attachment to uprights. Connect the 3 m supply cable to an appropriate 400 V supply source via a suitably rated upstream breaker or distribution device. Use the C13 outlets to plug in servers, switches and other IT appliances, observing per-outlet and total current limits to avoid overload. Periodically inspect the cable and outlet area for signs of wear, and verify that connections remain secure.

Recommendations

Install the PDU in compliance with local electrical codes and within the rack’s rated load capacity. Balance connected loads across phases where applicable, and protect the PDU with appropriate upstream circuit protection. For high-density deployments, plan outlet allocation to avoid single-circuit overloading and consider labeling connected equipment for maintenance efficiency.
