Fine, sharp teeth deliver clean cutting action and reduce the need for excessive force, while the rigid blade preserves straight cuts and accurate line following. Durable construction and simple maintenance requirements ensure consistent performance over time.

Suitable for

• Precision wood joinery and trim work
• Cutting small timber and dowels
• DIY projects and home repairs
• Model making and carpentry detail work

Key specifications

• Weight: approximately 265 g
• Blade type: fine-toothed hand saw blade for precision cutting
• Handle: ergonomic design for improved comfort and control
• Cut quality: designed for clean, accurate cuts with minimal tearing
• Intended materials: wood and similar panel materials

How to use

Hold the Bahco PC-12-14-PS by the ergonomic handle with a firm, comfortable grip and align the blade with the marked cut line. Start the cut with light forward strokes to establish a kerf, then use steady, controlled strokes exploiting the full length of the blade for consistent progress. Maintain a stable workpiece using clamps or a vice to prevent movement and improve accuracy. After cutting, clean the blade of debris and inspect teeth for damage before storing.

Recommendations

Use the saw for precision tasks where neat edges are required; avoid applying excessive lateral pressure that could bend the blade. Keep teeth clean and occasionally remove sap or resin buildup. Store in a dry place to prevent corrosion and check the handle for secure attachment before each use.
