Barcode Scanner Stand Inateck BCST-S Height-Adjustable with Stable Base

Inateck BCST-S adjustable height barcode scanner stand with stable base is designed to securely hold handheld barcode scanners for hands-free operation. The stand provides a consistent scanning angle and distance, helping to reduce missed reads and increase scanning speed during repetitive tasks. It is suitable for checkout counters, packing stations, receiving docks, and inventory areas where steady positioning and quick adjustments are needed.

Advantages

The adjustable height mechanism allows precise positioning of the scanner to match different product sizes and operator preferences. A weighted, stable base minimizes tipping and maintains alignment during frequent use. The holder accommodates common pistol or wand-style handheld scanners and keeps the device accessible for both hands-free scanning and quick manual pickup. Simple assembly and tool-free adjustments support rapid deployment and straightforward maintenance.

How to use

Place the stand on a flat, stable surface and position the base so the holder faces the intended scanning area. Mount the barcode scanner into the holder, ensuring the scanner head aligns with the expected barcode plane. Adjust the height and angle until the scanner reliably reads sample barcodes at the intended working distance. The scanner can remain docked for hands-free scanning or be removed for manual use as needed.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, set the scanner at a height and angle that allow the barcode to be centered in the scanner’s field of view and keep the working distance within the scanner’s specified range. Regularly check the holder and base for secure fastenings and clean the scanner window to maintain read reliability. Avoid placing the stand on uneven surfaces and keep cables routed to prevent accidental pulls.
