BitsPower BP-BSWP-C19 Cooling Accessory — Brass, Black Version

BitsPower BP-BSWP-C19 — brass, black finish is a metal accessory for PC liquid-cooling loops, crafted from high-quality brass with a black sparkle finish. It is engineered to integrate with custom water-cooling setups and specifically designed to match the outlet of an Eheim 1046 pump. The component features a true hi-flow design and a concealed O-ring arrangement to maintain a neat external appearance while ensuring reliable sealing and corrosion resistance typical of brass construction.

Advantages

The brass construction provides corrosion resistance and mechanical strength while the black sparkle finish offers a uniform appearance compatible with many system builds. The true hi-flow profile supports efficient coolant circulation with minimal restriction. The hiding O-ring design reduces visible sealing elements for a cleaner look and helps protect the sealing surface from external damage. RoHS compliance ensures the accessory meets common material safety requirements.

Suitable for

• Custom desktop water-cooling loops using an Eheim 1046 pump outlet
• Upgrading or replacing pump fittings to improve flow characteristics
• PC builds where a durable metal fitting with a black finish is required

Key specifications

• Material: high-quality brass
• Finish: black sparkle (nickel-treated appearance)
• Flow design: true hi-flow for reduced resistance
• Sealing: concealed O-ring style
• Compatibility: designed for Eheim 1046 pump outlet interfaces
• Environmental: RoHS compliant

How to use

Install the accessory by aligning it with the pump outlet specified for Eheim 1046 models and secure according to your loop’s plumbing method (threaded connection or compression fitting as applicable). Ensure the concealed O-ring is seated correctly before tightening to avoid leaks. Verify flow direction and clearances within the loop so hoses or rigid tubing can be routed without strain. After installation, perform a pressure or leak test with the system powered off and the loop filled with coolant before powering the PC.

Recommendations

Use compatible tubing or fittings sized for the Eheim 1046 outlet and avoid overtightening metallic connections to preserve threads and the O-ring. Periodically inspect sealing areas and the finish for signs of wear or deposits, and follow coolant manufacturer guidance to maintain corrosion protection.
