BitsPower BP-TBE90RMLA14 Pipe Fitting Brass 14 mm Diameter Computer Cooling Part

BitsPower BP-TBE90RMLA14 brass tubing fitting is a precision component for custom computer liquid-cooling loops. Machined from high-quality brass with a 14 mm outer diameter interface, this fitting provides a rigid connection point for hard tubing runs, enabling neat 90-degree turns and multi-link extensions between water blocks, radiators and reservoirs. Its metal construction offers dimensional stability and long-term resistance to deformation in tightly routed loops.

Advantages

The brass construction ensures durability and reliable mechanical strength while maintaining good compatibility with common coolant types. The redesigned geometry improves ease of installation with hard tubing and offers a secure, leak-resistant joint when assembled correctly. Compliance with RoHS standards verifies that the material and manufacturing process meet environmental safety requirements.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid-cooling loops that use 14 mm outer diameter hard tubing
• Routing coolant at a 90-degree angle between components
• Multi-link extension layouts requiring precise, rigid fittings
• Systems where durable metal fittings are preferred over plastic

Key specifications

• Material: Brass
• Compatible tube outer diameter: 14 mm
• Function: 90-degree tubing/fitting connector for hard tube runs
• Design: Multi-link extension capable geometry for hard tubing
• Standards: RoHS compliant

How to use

Prepare the hard tubing by cutting squarely to length and deburring the edges to ensure a flush fit. Slide the tubing into the fitting until fully seated and secure any accompanying compression parts or retention rings according to the assembly method used in your loop. Verify alignment and torque fittings to the manufacturer's recommended tightness to avoid over-stressing the brass. After assembly, perform a pressure or leak test before powering the system.

Recommendations

Use this fitting with hard tubing specifically sized to 14 mm outer diameter and follow standard liquid-cooling best practices: clean components and tubing before assembly, avoid overtightening, and run a thorough leak test with the system powered off. Regularly inspect metal fittings for signs of corrosion when using unconventional coolants and ensure compatibility of seals and O-rings with the coolant chemistry.
