BitsPower G1/4 Threaded Plug (4 pcs) Stardust Gold – BitsPower BPM-TBC06-4P

BitsPower threaded plugs G1/4 (4 pcs) Stardust Gold are metal closure plugs for standard G1/4 threaded ports used in PC liquid-cooling and custom water-loop systems. Supplied as a set of four, these plugs are intended to seal unused ports on radiators, reservoirs, water blocks and fittings to prevent leakage and maintain a tidy, finished appearance. The Stardust Gold finish provides a metallic accent that integrates with common water-cooling components and fittings.

Advantages

These G1/4 threaded plugs are manufactured in metal to provide a secure, durable seal and consistent thread engagement with standard G1/4 ports. The pack of four allows multiple ports to be closed at once, reducing the need for improvised solutions. The Stardust Gold surface finish resists corrosion in typical PC environments while offering a uniform aesthetic match to gold-tone fittings. The compact design minimizes protrusion and preserves clearance around nearby components.

Suitable for

• Closing unused G1/4 ports on radiators
• Sealing spare ports on reservoirs and distribution plates
• Blocking unused inlets or outlets on water blocks and fittings
• Finishing custom liquid-cooling loops where thread compatibility is required

Key specifications

• Thread standard: G1/4 compatible
• Quantity: pack of 4 plugs
• Material: metal construction for strength and durability
• Finish: Stardust Gold metallic coating
• Profile: low-profile plug to minimize spatial intrusion

How to use

Identify the unused G1/4 threaded ports on the radiator, reservoir, block or fitting and ensure threads are clean and free of debris. Hand-start each plug into the port to avoid cross-threading, then tighten gently using an appropriate tool or by hand until it seats firmly; do not overtighten to prevent damage to the port threads. Confirm the seal visually and, if applicable, perform a leak test on the loop before powering the system.

Recommendations

For reliable sealing, inspect threads for damage and clean mating surfaces before installation. If a tighter seal is required, use an appropriate thread sealing material compatible with cooling fluids and metal finishes, applied sparingly. When working near fragile components, protect surrounding parts and avoid excessive torque. Store spare plugs in a dry place to preserve the Stardust Gold coating.
