Key specifications

• Tool type: handheld sander for sanding and surface finishing
• Design: ergonomic housing for improved handling
• Dust handling: integrated dust collection system for cleaner work area
• Suitable materials: wood, composite panels, painted surfaces, light metal finishing

How to use

Select an appropriate abrasive grit for the task, secure the sanding paper according to the sander's fastening system, and ensure the dust collection container or bag is attached. Hold the sander with a firm, even grip and move it across the workpiece in steady strokes, keeping the tool flat to avoid gouging. Start with coarser grit for material removal and progress to finer grits for a smooth finish. Periodically interrupt work to empty the dust collector and inspect the abrasive for wear.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask when sanding. For optimal results, match abrasive type and grit to the material and task, and maintain steady, overlapping passes to achieve uniform surface texture. Store the sander in a dry place and perform routine inspections of power cord and attachments before use.
