Brother Separation Pad

Engineered from a durable rubber/plastic composite, the Brother Separator Pad SP-A0001 is the critical component that prevents multi-feeding in high-volume document scanners. Without it, double feeds and misfeeds halt productivity; with it, every page glides through the ADF with precision.

Overview

This genuine Brother separator pad is a user-replaceable maintenance item designed for the ADS series of desktop scanners. It sits inside the automatic document feeder, applying just the right friction to separate sheets one by one. Over time, the pad wears down, leading to frequent multi-feeds and paper jams. Replacing it restores your scanner to like-new feeding reliability.

What stands out

• Prevents multi-feeding: Ensures only one document enters the scanner at a time, even with mixed paper types.

• User-replaceable: No tools or service call required—swap it out in minutes.
• High-volume durability: Built for demanding scanning environments, from busy offices to archival projects.
• Broad compatibility: Fits multiple Brother ADS models, simplifying inventory for mixed fleets.
