Cable Adapter DeLOCK 65902

The DeLOCK 65902 cable gender changer adapts an HDMI A output to a VGA input, allowing connection of HDMI devices to VGA displays. It is designed in black and provides a simple, passive solution for converting the physical connector from HDMI to VGA where the source device outputs an HDMI signal and the display accepts VGA.

Advantages

This adapter offers a compact and durable connector solution for converting HDMI A to VGA without changing cabling. Its black finish matches most setups and it enables video transmission from HDMI-equipped sources to VGA-compatible displays when used with suitable signal support.

Suitable for

• Connecting HDMI A output devices to VGA monitors
• Use with projectors that accept VGA input
• Adapting HDMI sources for legacy VGA displays

How to use

Plug the HDMI A side of the adapter into the HDMI output of the source device and connect the VGA side to the VGA cable of the display. Ensure both devices are powered on and set to the correct input/output. Note that this passive adapter requires the source device to provide a compatible signal; active conversion may be necessary if the HDMI output does not support VGA signaling.

Recommendations

Use this adapter when the source device can output an analog-compatible signal via HDMI or when combined with an appropriate external converter. For reliable video quality with devices that output only digital HDMI, use an active HDMI-to-VGA converter with its own power supply.
