CAMELION CR2330 3V Lithium Button Cell, Single Pack

CAMELION CR2330 is a single 3V lithium coin cell designed for small electronic devices that require a stable low-current power source. The battery delivers a constant nominal voltage and a long shelf life, making it suitable for devices where consistent operation and infrequent replacement are important. Packaged as a single cell, this CR2330 is compatible with many consumer electronics and hobby applications that accept 3V lithium coin batteries.

Advantages

The CAMELION CR2330 offers reliable voltage output and extended storage life compared to non-lithium alternatives. Its compact coin form factor provides simple, tool-free replacement in devices with accessible battery compartments. Due to the low self-discharge rate of lithium chemistry, the cell maintains capacity over time, supporting long-term readiness for intermittent-use products. The battery chemistry also performs consistently across a range of ambient temperatures typical for everyday consumer devices.

Suitable for

• Watches and wrist devices that require 3V coin cells
• Calculators and small office electronics
• Key fob remotes and car access transmitters
• Fitness trackers, pedometers and wearable sensors
• Memory backup for small data-keeping modules and electronic settings
• Hobby electronics, DIY projects, and small sensor modules

Key specifications

• Chemistry: lithium manganese dioxide (Li-MnO2) coin cell
• Nominal voltage: 3 V
• Typical diameter: approximately 23 mm
• Typical thickness: approximately 3.0 mm
• Form factor: button/coin cell
• Intended use: low-drain, intermittent-load applications
• Shelf life: long storage stability with low self-discharge (typical for lithium coin cells)

How to use

Before installation, ensure the device is powered off and locate the coin cell compartment. Observe correct polarity when inserting the CR2330; the positive (+) side typically faces outward or is marked within the compartment. Insert the battery into the holder until it seats securely and close the compartment according to the device instructions. Dispose of used batteries in accordance with local regulations for lithium cells and recycling programs. Avoid shorting the terminals, exposing the cell to fire, or attempting to recharge a non-rechargeable lithium coin cell.

Recommendations

Store unused CAMELION CR2330 cells in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For devices storing critical settings or real-time clocks, replace the battery proactively when voltage drops to avoid data loss. Do not mix new and used batteries or different chemistries in the same device to ensure stable performance.
