Canon flushing unit (QY5-0604)

Print quality issues like streaking, missing nozzles, or clogged heads often trace back to a failing purge unit. This Canon QY5-0604 purge unit is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) component responsible for drawing ink through the print head nozzles into the waste ink pads, keeping your printer running cleanly. It is engineered specifically for select Canon PIXMA G-series and MAXIFY MB-series inkjet printers, ensuring a precise fit and reliable operation.

Who is it for

This part is intended for service technicians, advanced users, or anyone maintaining a compatible Canon printer. If your printer displays maintenance-related error codes, produces poor print quality despite clean nozzles, or has reached its waste ink capacity, replacing the purge unit may restore performance. It is not a user-installable accessory for everyday consumers; professional installation is recommended due to internal access requirements.
