How to use

Fit the Cimco 208700 disc to a suitable angle grinder according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the grinder is disconnected from the power source during mounting. Use appropriate abrasive flanges and tighten securely. Operate the grinder at the recommended speed range and apply steady, even motion to the workpiece without excessive force. Allow the disc to perform the cutting action; avoid twisting or lateral pressure that could damage the disc or the material.

Recommendations

Always use personal protective equipment including eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves. Ensure the work area is well ventilated and free of loose debris. Match the disc diameter and bore size to your grinder, and do not exceed the maximum RPM rating specified by the angle grinder and the disc packaging. Replace the disc if any cracks, chips, or unusual vibrations occur during use.
