Recommendations

For reliable health tracking allow continuous heart rate or 24-hour monitoring in the app settings when needed, and ensure the watch fits snugly on the wrist for accurate sensor readings. Avoid exposing the device to high-pressure water despite IP68 rating and follow the user manual for charging and maintenance.
