How to use

Charge the watch using the included magnetic cable until fully charged (about 2 hours). Install the Da Fit app on a compatible smartphone and follow pairing instructions via Bluetooth 5.3. Customize watch faces and settings in the app, enable necessary notifications and configure health monitoring options such as continuous heart rate or SpO2 checks. Use the touchscreen and crown to navigate menus, start sport modes, answer Bluetooth calls and control music playback. For water exposure follow IP68 guidelines: the watch is resistant to water and sweat but avoid pressing buttons underwater.

Recommendations

Keep the watch and charging contacts clean and dry, update firmware via OTA when available, and consult measurement results as reference data rather than medical diagnoses. Use the Da Fit app to back up activity data and adjust notification and battery‑saving settings according to personal needs.
