Computer Cooling Accessory BitsPower BP-DWWP-C06 — Brass Construction, White Finish

BitsPower BP-DWWP-C06 is a precision-engineered computer cooling accessory crafted from high-quality brass with a white electroplated finish. Intended for integration into custom liquid cooling loops and high-end PC water cooling systems, this component combines metal durability with a discreet white appearance. The part features a concealed O-ring design and is machined to fit standard G1/4" thread sealing applications, with a thread engagement depth designed for reliable installation.

Advantages

The brass construction provides long-term corrosion resistance and mechanical strength while the Bitspower E-plated white surface offers consistent color stability and wear resistance. The hiding O-ring design protects the sealing element from external exposure and improves the visual cleanline of a loop. Compatibility with the common G1/4" thread standard and a 5 mm thread length support secure, leak-minimizing connections in custom cooling assemblies. The component is RoHS compliant, meeting environmental and safety requirements for electronic components.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water cooling loops that require brass fittings with a white finish
• High-end gaming and workstation builds where visual consistency and metal durability are needed
• Replacement or upgrade of decorative or functional fittings in liquid cooling systems
• Applications requiring G1/4" threaded seal connections with a compact thread length

Key specifications

• Material: Brass
• Finish: White electroplated (E-plated)
• Thread standard: G1/4"
• Thread length (engagement): 5 mm
• Design feature: Concealed O-ring sealing
• Compliance: RoHS

How to use

Install the component into the cooling loop by threading it into compatible G1/4" ports until the fitting is fully engaged with the 5 mm thread length. Ensure the concealed O-ring seats properly to achieve a reliable seal; do not overtighten beyond the recommended torque for G1/4" fittings to avoid damage to threads or the O-ring. Use appropriate thread sealing practice if required by the system design and verify all connections visually before filling the loop. After assembly, perform a pressure or leak test according to standard liquid cooling procedures before normal operation.

Recommendations

Use with compatible G1/4" ports and fittings; avoid mixing incompatible alloys or damaged threads. Clean mating surfaces before installation and follow manufacturer guidance for torque values and leak testing to ensure long-term reliability in a liquid-cooled PC.
