CTEK 40-132 Charger Mount

The CTEK 40-132 charger mounting bracket provides a practical solution for installing CTEK chargers in garages, workshops, service vehicles or storage areas. Manufactured in a durable black finish, the bracket secures the charger to a wall or flat surface, keeping the charger accessible while protecting it from accidental knocks and surface damage. Its design supports neat cable routing and stable mounting without occupying bench space.

Advantages

The mounting bracket offers a rigid and stable fixing point that reduces the risk of the charger falling or being damaged. Its material resists everyday wear and maintains a tidy appearance. Installation allows for improved ventilation around the charger and easier access to controls and indicator LEDs. The bracket is compact and unobtrusive, enabling placement where it is most convenient for regular use.

How to use

Position the bracket on a suitable flat vertical surface at a convenient height for connecting and monitoring the charger. Mark and drill mounting holes according to the bracket’s mounting points, insert appropriate wall anchors if required, and secure the bracket with screws rated for the chosen surface. Place the charger into the bracket so it sits firmly, route the charger cable through the integrated routing area, and connect the charger to the battery following the charger manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure the charger vents are not obstructed and that indicator LEDs remain visible.

Recommendations

Use mounting screws and wall anchors suitable for the wall material and the local regulations. Avoid outdoor installation unless the location is protected from direct weather exposure. Periodically check the mounting points and cable routing for wear and re-tighten fasteners if necessary.
