How to use

Install the printer on a stable, level surface and connect it to a compatible host via the USB 2.0 interface. Load continuous forms using the push tractor feed, aligning perforations and pins according to the paper guide; for single sheets, set the cut sheet width and length within the supported ranges and feed through the cut-sheet path. Select the appropriate paper type and print quality settings in the host application or printer driver to match the 24-pin impact head and the 360 x 360 DPI resolution. For multi-part forms, run a test print to confirm correct alignment across copies and adjust tractor or guide positions if necessary.

Recommendations

Use high-quality ribbons and follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule to preserve print head life and consistent output quality. Keep the tractor feed free of dust and ensure proper alignment when switching between continuous and cut-sheet media. Place the printer where its 57 dB acoustic level is acceptable for the working environment, and use USB 2.0 connections for stable data transfer.
