DeLOCK 20759 cable sheath green

The DeLOCK 20759 cable sleeve is a braided, stretchable sleeve made from polyester designed to bundle and protect exposed cables, wires or electrical tubes. Its green colour and 50 mm width provide a visible, durable solution for organising cables and reducing clutter while protecting them from dirt, abrasion and heat.

Advantages

The braided construction offers excellent abrasion and heat resistance while remaining highly stretchable to accommodate cables of different diameters. The sleeve is reusable: cables and tubes can be added or removed multiple times. It is also cuttable to a custom length using a hot cutting tool to prevent fraying.

Suitable for

• Bundling and protecting computer, AV and power cables
• Organising cables in office or home workspaces
• Protecting wiring in audio/video installations and behind furniture
• Routing and shielding electrical tubes in enclosures or cable trays

How to use

Slide the sleeve over the bundle of cables or feed individual cables into the braided opening. Stretch the sleeve as needed to fit thicker bundles. If a specific length is required, cut the sleeve to size with a hot cutting tool to seal the edge and avoid fraying. Add or remove cables by expanding the braid and repositioning components as necessary.

Recommendations

For best results, measure the cable bundle before cutting and use a hot cutting tool or lighter carefully to melt and seal the cut edge. Avoid exposing the sleeve to open flames or temperatures beyond its heat resistance; keep away from sharp edges that could compromise the braid.
