DeLOCK 20906 Cable Sheath Brown Polyester 2.5 cm

The DeLOCK 20906 cable sleeve is a brown polyester braided sleeving with a 2.5 cm diameter, designed to bundle and protect exposed cables, wires and tubes. It provides abrasion and heat resistance while remaining flexible and stretchable, allowing multiple cables of varying diameters to be accommodated. The sleeve is cuttable to length and can be reused to add or remove cables as needed. Its rodent-resistant construction offers additional protection against damage from mice or rats.

Advantages

The braided polyester construction delivers abrasion and heat resistance while maintaining pliability. The sleeve is stretchable to fit different cable diameters, cuttable for custom lengths, reusable for frequent cable changes and offers enhanced protection against rodents. The brown colour helps to conceal cables and integrate into various environments.

Suitable for

• Organising computer, AV and network cables
• Protecting wiring in home or office environments
• Bundling power cords, USB cables and small hoses
• Applications where rodent resistance is beneficial

How to use

Measure the required length and cut the braided sleeve to size; using a hot cutting tool will seal the cut edge and prevent fraying. Compress the sleeve and slide it over the cable bundle, or insert cables through the sleeve before routing. Adjust position and trim excess length as needed. To remove or add cables, slide the sleeve back along the bundle and reposition.

Recommendations

For clean cuts and sealed edges use a hot blade or soldering iron; avoid exposing the sleeve to open flames. Inspect periodically for wear if used near sharp edges or in high-temperature areas. If rodent exposure is severe, consider additional protective measures.
