DeLOCK 62600 Video Cable Adapter

The DeLOCK 62600 is a compact 0.2 m video cable adapter with a DisplayPort connector on one end and a DVI‑I connector on the other, designed to connect devices with DisplayPort outputs to DVI‑I monitors. The adapter performs active conversion, enabling compatibility with graphics cards that do not provide DP++ signalling. It supports resolutions up to Ultra HD (4K) and is backward compatible with Full HD (1080p). The white housing and small form factor make it easy to carry and integrate into multimedia setups.

Advantages

Active conversion ensures a reliable signal even when the source does not supply DP++; support for up to 4K resolution allows use with high‑resolution displays while maintaining compatibility with 1080p DVI‑I screens. The short 0.2 m length and compact design provide portability and simple connection without additional cabling.

Suitable for

• Connecting a DisplayPort output from a PC or laptop to a DVI‑I monitor
• Single‑monitor setups where space is limited or a short adapter is preferred
• Replacing a direct cable when an active conversion is required for compatibility

Ensure both devices are powered on; set the display resolution in your operating system to the desired setting (up to 4K where supported). No additional drivers are required for basic video signal conversion.

Recommendations

Use the adapter for short, direct connections due to its 0.2 m length; if you need longer reach, consider using a longer cable or an active cable solution. Verify that your monitor accepts DVI‑I input and select compatible resolution settings in the display control panel.
