DeLOCK 86503 Cable Tie Gun

The DeLOCK 86503 cable tie gun is a handheld installation tool for tightening and cutting stainless steel cable ties with widths from 4.6 to 7.9 mm in a single operation. Constructed from metal and plastic, the tool is designed for durability and practical daily use in both professional and DIY environments. Its compact design and straightforward mechanism allow controlled tensioning and clean cutting of stainless steel ties.

Advantages

The tool offers adjustable tension and cutting force with a four‑level adjuster located on the underside, enabling optimal setting for different tasks and tie sizes. Its one‑step operation tightens and trims the tie without separate cutting tools, and the metal/plastic build balances robustness with manageable weight. The product is specifically designed for stainless steel cable ties and provides consistent, repeatable results.

Suitable for

• Tightening and cutting stainless steel cable ties 4.6–7.9 mm wide
• Cable management in industrial and commercial installations
• Electrical and mechanical assembly work requiring secure stainless steel ties
• Professional and DIY projects where corrosion‑resistant fastening is needed

How to use

Place a stainless steel cable tie around the bundle and insert the free end into the gun according to the tool’s feed direction. Squeeze the handles to tension the tie to the desired tightness. Use the underside adjuster to set the appropriate tension/cutting level before operation. Continue squeezing until the tool cuts the excess tail; the built‑in cutter trims the tie flush. After cutting, release the tool and remove it from the secured tie.

Recommendations

Use only stainless steel cable ties within the specified width range (4.6–7.9 mm). Adjust the tension level to match tie thickness and application; start at a lower setting and increase if the tie is not fully tightened or cut. Regularly inspect and maintain the tool—keep the cutter area free of debris and check for wear to ensure consistent performance.
