Recommendations

For best performance, connect high-speed external drives or docking stations to the hub’s USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and use a host device that supports USB 3.2 to reach the full 10 Gbps transfer rate. Avoid overloading the hub with power-hungry devices unless the host provides sufficient bus power or an externally powered hub is used.
