DeLOCK USB Cable 20m USB3.0-A + USB Micro-B

This USB cable from DeLOCK connects USB devices such as webcams or printers to a PC or laptop. It is an active optical USB 3.2 Gen 1 cable with a length of 20 m that enables data transmission over long distances with minimal signal loss. The cable includes a Micro‑USB power lead to supply additional power when required, and screw connectors with bushings ensure a secure mechanical connection.

Advantages

The DeLOCK 20m USB3.0-A to USB Micro‑B cable supports data rates up to 5 Gbit/s (USB 3.2 Gen 1) while remaining particularly thin due to its active optical design. An integrated Micro‑USB connector and included Micro‑USB cable provide auxiliary power if devices demand it. Screw terminals and protective bushings offer a stable, vibration‑resistant connection for long cable runs.

Suitable for

• Connecting webcams to desktop PCs or laptops at extended distances
• Connecting printers, scanners or other USB peripherals located far from the host
• Setups requiring stable USB 3.2 Gen 1 connectivity over long cable runs

Key specifications

• Connectors: USB A to USB Micro‑B (with additional Micro‑USB power cable)
• USB version: USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1), up to 5 Gbit/s
• Cable length: 20 m
• Colours: Silver, Black

How to use

Plug the USB A connector into the host computer and connect the Micro‑B end to the USB device. If the device requires extra power, connect the included Micro‑USB power cable to a suitable USB power source and attach it to the cable’s power input. Tighten the screws on the terminals to secure the connection and use the bushings to protect the cable entry points.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, route the cable away from strong electromagnetic interference sources and avoid sharp bends. Use the additional Micro‑USB power connection for devices with higher power demands. Inspect screw terminals periodically and hand‑tighten if necessary to maintain a secure mechanical connection.
