Desk organiser PaperFlow 542.02

The PaperFlow 542.02 desk tray is a durable polystyrene tray in grey, designed to hold A4-format documents and keep work surfaces organized. Its dimensions of 1010 mm width, 327 mm length and 313 mm height make it suitable for holding large volumes of documents while maintaining a compact vertical profile. Supplied as a single piece, the tray fits typical office and home workspaces where A4 organization is required.

Advantages

The polystyrene construction delivers lightweight durability and easy cleaning. The grey finish provides a neutral, professional appearance that integrates with most office interiors. How to use

Place the PaperFlow desk tray on a stable, level surface and load it with A4 documents, printouts or correspondence. Arrange papers flat inside the tray to avoid overfilling; for better organization, separate documents into categories before placing them in the tray. To create vertical filing rows, stack additional trays of the same design, aligning the stepped edges so each level remains accessible. Clean the tray with a soft cloth and mild detergent when necessary.

Recommendations

Use the tray as part of a modular desktop system: assign one tray per project or task to maintain clear workflows. Avoid placing very heavy or wet items in the tray to preserve shape and finish. Store away from direct heat sources and prolonged sunlight to prevent discoloration or warping.
