Digitus DA-73105 active USB 3.0 extension cable 10 m

Active USB 3.0 extension cable Digitus DA-73105 10 m allows extending USB A connections up to 10 meters while maintaining high data rates and stable operation. The cable supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 (formerly USB 3.1 Gen 1) with transfer speeds up to 5 Gbps and includes an integrated active signal amplifier and LED status indicator to prevent power loss and signal degradation over longer distances.

Advantages

The integrated active signal amplifier ensures stable signal transmission and prevents power loss even at the full 10 m cable length. Data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps are supported for USB 3.2 Gen 1 devices. An LED function indicator shows the status of the amplifier. The cable is plug-and-play with USB A connectors on both ends and a durable black design suitable for long-distance connections.

Suitable for

• Extending connections for external hard drives and USB flash drives
• Connecting printers and scanners located further from the PC or laptop
• Linking USB peripherals such as webcams, keyboards and mice over longer distances
• Temporary setups where reliable USB 3.0 throughput is required at up to 10 m

Recommendations

For best performance, connect USB 3.2 Gen 1 compatible devices and avoid daisy-chaining multiple passive extensions. If a peripheral requires higher power than the cable can provide, use a powered USB hub or connect the device directly to a powered port.
