Einhell TC-CS 89 Saw

The Einhell TC-CS 89 mini hand-held circular saw is a compact, lightweight saw for woodworking tasks in the hobby workshop, garage and workroom. It is driven by a 600 W motor and uses an Ø89 mm carbide-tipped blade to achieve a maximum cutting depth of 27 mm at 90°. The tool features an aluminium saw table for stable guidance, a parallel stop for precise straight cuts and an integrated vacuum extraction adapter for dust removal. The saw weighs approximately 1.98 kg and runs at up to 7,200 rpm.

Advantages

Tool-free depth adjustment and a spindle lock enable fast, safe blade changes. The aluminium table provides dimensional stability and support during cutting. The carbide-tipped blade delivers clean cuts in wood, while the built-in vacuum adapter helps to maintain a cleaner working area. The compact size and low weight make the tool easy to handle for short cuts and fine work.

Suitable for

• Cutting soft and hardwood panels and boards
• Small trim and finishing jobs in the workshop or garage
• Hobby woodworking and DIY furniture adjustments
• Making straight cuts with guidance using the parallel stop

Key specifications

• Motor power: 600 W
• Blade diameter: Ø89 mm
• Maximum cutting depth at 90°: 27 mm
• No-load speed: 7,200 min⁻¹
• Weight: approx. 1.98 kg
• Voltage: 220–240 V

How to use

Secure the workpiece and set the parallel stop or guide for the desired cut. Adjust the cutting depth using the tool-free depth adjustment, switch on the saw and allow the blade to reach full speed before starting the cut. Guide the saw smoothly along the workpiece without forcing it. Use the spindle lock when changing the blade and always disconnect the saw from the power supply before carrying out maintenance or blade replacement.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection and a dust mask. Connect a vacuum extractor to the integrated adapter to reduce dust. For longer or repeated cuts, work in short passes and avoid excessive feed speed to prevent overheating of the blade and motor.
