Equip HD15 VGA Cable, 15 m

The Equip HD15 VGA Cable (15 m) provides a fully shielded connection with VGA (D-Sub) connectors on both ends, designed to link monitors or projectors to VGA-equipped devices over longer distances. Constructed with sturdy knurled screws and compliant with RoHS standards, this 15-metre cable is intended to deliver reliable analogue video transmission while minimising interference.

Advantages

Fully shielded cable construction reduces electromagnetic interference; robust knurled screws ensure secure and stable connector fastening; long 15 m length enables flexible placement of displays and projectors; standard HD15 VGA connectors maintain wide compatibility with VGA-equipped monitors, projectors and graphics outputs.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs or laptops to VGA monitors
• Linking computers to projectors in classrooms or meeting rooms
• Extending VGA signal runs in offices or trade show booths

How to use

Connect one HD15 VGA connector to the VGA output of your computer or video source and the other to the VGA input of the monitor or projector. Tighten the knurled screws by hand to secure each end and prevent accidental disconnection. Ensure both devices are powered off when plugging or unplugging to avoid signal interruptions; power on afterwards and select the appropriate input on the display if required.

Recommendations

For best analogue image quality over a 15 m run, minimise nearby sources of strong electromagnetic interference and avoid running the VGA cable parallel to high-voltage power lines. If signal degradation is observed, consider using a VGA signal booster or a digital connection alternative where available.
