How to use

Open the folder and insert documents so that titles or first pages are visible through the clear front cover for easy identification. Close the folder’s closure to secure contents before moving or storing. For multiple-document sets, align pages neatly to avoid creasing and place the folder upright or flat in file cabinets, briefcases or shelves depending on available storage. Regularly check the closure and edges for wear if the folder is used frequently.

Recommendations

Use the folder for grouping documents by project or client to streamline retrieval. Avoid overfilling beyond the folder’s flat capacity to prevent stress on the closure and seams. For long-term storage of sensitive papers, consider placing documents in acid-free sleeves before inserting them into the folder.
